Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, synthetic biology, Web4.0) to develop strategic frameworks for 2026-2030
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align C-suite on innovation priorities and resource allocation
- Design prototype ecosystems for decentralized governance and human-AI collaboration
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with data-driven risk/reward assessments
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies in ethical frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech summits (Web Summit, Davos, SXSW)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech firms
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-casting methodologies or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, CFT) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
