Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI systems integrating quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Develop 5-year technological roadmaps aligning with 2026 Project milestones
- Partner with government agencies and academic institutions on ethical AI frameworks
- Prototype and validate breakthrough technologies in our immersive lab environment
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in leading journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging tech adoption strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in AI/ML research with published papers in top-tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of shipping transformative tech products
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional system design skills for complex interdisciplinary systems
- Experience securing multi-million dollar research grants
