Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with proven 5+ year strategic foresight track record
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling prototyping labs from concept to MVP stage
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent advanced degree
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic concepts

- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and data visualization tools
