Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify paradigm-shifting technologies pre-2026
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, bio-interfaces, and ambient intelligence
- Champion ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Develop proof-of-concepts for sustainable tech solutions in climate resilience
- Facilitate cross-industry innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on the 2026 technology landscape
- Mentor emerging technologists in futurism methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech R&D or strategic innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, CB Insights) and scenario modeling
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
