Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biometric interfaces, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead ideation sessions for 2026-era digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance for emerging tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for complex systems
- Strong background in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Proficiency in predictive analytics and trend visualization tools
