As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product development, and market intelligence units to translate future scenarios into competitive advantages. You'll represent our vision at global forums, lead horizon-scanning initiatives, and foster a culture of adaptive innovation across 200+ employees.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, sociology, economics, and environmental factors
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development pipelines
- Establish and maintain global network of futurists, researchers, and thought leaders
- Author quarterly foresight reports and annual strategic outlooks
- Drive organizational resilience through scenario planning and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futures research
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
