Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce actionable insights on emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing) for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, product, and investment teams with future possibilities
- Author thought leadership reports and presentations for investor boards and industry conferences
- Establish early-warning systems for technological disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Design innovation incubation programs targeting breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and technology policy summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional facilitation skills with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology ethics, or disruptive innovation
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transition strategies
