Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning and competitive advantage
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and disruptive innovations
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry influence
- Partner with R&D to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advose board on existential risks and opportunities in rapidly evolving landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in futures studies, systems thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic foresight initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
