Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for market disruption
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry impacts
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify future opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations
- Build cross-functional coalitions for future-readiness initiatives
- Publish thought leadership on technology evolution and societal implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-vision projects
