Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging threats and opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing insights into roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference presentations, and industry reports
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and patent landscapes for competitive intelligence
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-organizational change initiatives
