Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Author thought leadership publications on societal impact of exponential technologies
- Build and maintain ecosystem of innovators, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through data-driven scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping initiatives or published foresight work
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
