Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable milestones
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state scenarios
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning Innovatech's thought leadership
- Advise executive team on strategic pivots and emerging market opportunities
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future concepts into product development priorities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented product roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning experience
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
