- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Forecasting or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, Kumu)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ strategic implementations
