- Conduct scenario planning for global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate resilience, neurotech)
- Present future-vision narratives to investors, boards, and government stakeholders
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs for rapid prototyping of 2026 solutions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work and human augmentation
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-vision work or implemented strategic foresight projects
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, horizon scanning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling software
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global policy organizations on transformational change
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech convergence patterns (e.g., AI+biotech+neuro interfaces)
