Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market scenarios
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech domains
- Produce executive-level trend reports with actionable recommendations for board strategy sessions
- Build and mentor a Future Intelligence team specializing in long-term scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proofing practices across all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal/business implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives or published thought leadership
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CFS) preferred
