Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce strategic white papers and trend briefings for C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to validate emerging technologies through rapid prototyping pilots
- Design organizational change initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech, or carbon capture
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex systems
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field preferred
