Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating future innovations into company operations

- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for disruptive technologies
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Publish thought leadership content on future trends and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with scenario planning tools and methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive decision-makers
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
