Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with future trends
- Produce annual Horizon Reports analyzing disruptive forces in biotech, space exploration, and decentralized systems
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on future-focused research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists through our NextGen Vision Program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers)
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Hor Scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Fluency in at least one analytical programming language (Python/R) and data visualization tools
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals integration into long-term planning
