Responsibilities

- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D laboratories
- Quantify ROI of futuristic initiatives through market simulation models
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, bio-integration, or neuro-interfaces
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
