Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision by analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic frameworks
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive innovation opportunities and accelerate time-to-market
- Produce forward-looking trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and future-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic impacts
- Exceptional data analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in future-focused publications or conferences
