Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build consensus on future strategic priorities
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify market gaps and innovation opportunities for 2026 commercialization
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business strategy
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures research preferred
