Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework, scanning horizon technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipelines and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience translating foresight into commercialization strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven visualization capabilities
- Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
