Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Scan, identifying disruptive trends across 15+ industries
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on existential risks and opportunities
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous decisioning
- Partner with MIT and Stanford labs on quantum computing commercialization pathways
- Author quarterly Future Briefs distributed to Fortune 100 innovation committees
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio funding moonshot projects
- Host annual Future Forward Summit featuring Nobel laureates and disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or bio-convergence technologies
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Deep network connections with DARPA, IEEE, and World Economic Forum
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Ability to communicate complex futures through compelling narratives
