Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential

- Design strategic frameworks for exponential growth opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong data modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling organizations through technological transformation
