Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders on disruptive futures
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Author high-impact thought leadership on industry transformation narratives
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
