Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for organizational growth
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their market implications
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, climate, and economic shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Published author in futurism/technology foresight with industry recognition
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
