Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable innovations
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder engagements to align vision with execution
- Produce annual Future State reports with data-driven forecasts and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor strategy teams in futures-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., AC/SCF) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published forecasts or strategic frameworks
