Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market paradigms relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Produce annual 'Future State' whitepapers for Fortune 500 clients
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Design and execute immersive trend symposiums with global thought leaders
- Quantify future risks/opportunities through predictive modeling and data analytics
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and ethical innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Palantir, GPT-4 analytics)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on future-proofing initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
