Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic narratives
- Produce annual foresight reports with scenario modeling for 3-5 year strategic planning
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions using immersive VR/AR environments
- Establish KPIs to measure organizational readiness for 2026 technological inflection points
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise-level technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPVL)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Research or related foresight discipline
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
