Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market demands
- Deliver executive briefings and trend reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Monitor and analyze geopolitical, environmental, and technological megatrends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
