As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global partners to develop forward-looking strategies that leverage emerging technologies like quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform long-term strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models for 2026 market landscapes across AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Produce high-impact white papers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight research team
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology innovation
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
