Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge technology exploration
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical tools
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology publications
