Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging tech insights (quantum, bioengineering, AR/VR)
- Author quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise C-suite on long-term tech investments and emerging market opportunities
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies and frameworks for organizational adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurist consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven impact analysis capabilities
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend extrapolation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives and outcomes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
