Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends through 2030
- Develop future scenarios and roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional teams to align on future opportunities
- Present compelling narratives and data-driven insights to stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive leadership
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
