Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state strategies
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
