Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging tech/societal shifts using AI-powered trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof business models
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining industry thought leadership via publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent technical field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in AI trend tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendWatching) and data visualization
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
