Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or HBR (minimum 3 citations)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies to enterprise level
- Fluency in 2+ languages with experience in APAC/EMEA markets
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro, Gartner Hype Cycle, and scenario modeling tools
