Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-forward strategies
- Produce actionable foresight reports and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to validate future-focused innovations and accelerate time-to-market
- Monitor and evaluate competitive intelligence in emerging domains (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Establish KPIs to track strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
