Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (2026-2035) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological disruptions in biotech, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Lead executive workshops on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven trend projections
- Advain on policy implications for autonomous systems and digital governance
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI, climate tech, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Experience with horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures narratives
