Responsibilities

- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and innovation pathways
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-gen solutions aligned with future human needs
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies certification
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (e.g., journals, books)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
