This role blends deep analytical rigor with creative foresight to transform uncertainty into opportunity.
As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting technologies, anticipate market disruptions, and develop actionable future scenarios. You'll influence high-stakes decisions through data-driven insights and visionary storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and future-proof business models
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
- Advise leadership on long-term R&D priorities and emerging market entry strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (preferred)
- Global perspective with experience in cross-cultural trend analysis
