Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology and market evolution
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to anticipate disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and their business implications
- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops
- Author forward-looking strategy documents and market disruption reports
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups and technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Experience with Delphi methodology and technology adoption lifecycle models
