- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for investment and R&D decisions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused organizational culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
