Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for future-proofing business operations and product portfolios
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and prioritize breakthrough innovation opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and keynote speaking engagements
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating insights to executive audiences
- Strong background in developing strategic frameworks for long-term organizational alignment
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or technology strategy (required)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
