Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends through 2030
- Create strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 business objectives and long-term vision
- Partner with executive leadership to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities

- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI for strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, or sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex scenarios for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management required
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented strategies or thought leadership
