Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term company vision
- Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to prototype and launch future-facing solutions
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish global networks with futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Systems Engineering)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
