- Lead incubation labs for experimental technologies including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing global challenges in healthcare and urban planning
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and investors to secure $50M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists using scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record developing commercialized products from futuristic concepts
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains (AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech)
- Executive experience scaling innovation teams across global markets
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
