Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term company vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market impact
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and ideation
- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into scalable business solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with demonstrable impact on tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience in high-growth tech or consulting environments preferred
