- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap with 5-year projections
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale future-ready solutions
- Present insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for organizational decision-making
- Mentor senior leadership on exponential technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology strategy
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
