Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and emerging markets to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for integration
- Create comprehensive scenario-planning models for market volatility and disruption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in trend-forecasting tools
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar) required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
